1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or booking a tour with India Vacations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Bookings & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from us.
- A booking is considered complete once you receive a written confirmation with a booking reference number.
- Prices are quoted in USD and are per person unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and notify you before your tour begins.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment or a deposit (as specified at booking) is required to confirm your reservation.
- Remaining balances must be paid no later than 48 hours before the tour start time.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. UPI is available for Indian customers.
- All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.
4. Pricing & Inclusions
Tour prices include only the services explicitly listed in the tour description. Unless stated, prices do not include:
- International or domestic flights
- Visa and entry fees to India
- Personal travel insurance
- Meals not specifically mentioned
- Personal expenses, tips and gratuities
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: No refund
6. Changes to Bookings
You may request changes to your booking subject to availability. Changes requested within 24 hours of the tour may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking, and additional charges may apply.
7. Our Responsibilities
- We will make every effort to deliver the tours as described.
- In the event of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions), we may substitute elements of the tour with alternatives of equal value.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked. We are not liable for consequential losses, missed flights, or other indirect damages.
8. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for carrying valid ID/passport documents required for monument entries.
- You must inform us of any special requirements (medical, dietary, accessibility) at the time of booking.
- You are expected to behave respectfully at all cultural and religious sites.
- We reserve the right to exclude any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or endangers others.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. India Vacations does not provide travel insurance.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website including text, images, logos, and tour descriptions is the property of India Vacations and may not be reproduced without written permission.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
