Cancellations are only effective upon receiving a written confirmation from our team. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We are not liable for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a tour due to:
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra charge. We will notify you at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
Events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, or government-ordered closures — may result in tour modifications or cancellations. In such cases, we will offer the best available remedy (rescheduling, credit, or partial refund) but cannot guarantee a full refund.
Date changes requested more than 48 hours before the tour are accommodated subject to availability at no charge. Changes within 48 hours may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 15% of the tour cost.
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness, bereavement or other exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation (e.g. medical certificate) may be required.
